寛骨臼関節唇
平均年齢78歳(61-98歳)の股関節の96%に関節唇の損傷があり、74%が前上方にあります[Seldes RM et al.,2001]。
寛骨臼の生体力学
そのため関節唇が損傷すると関節の安定性が減少します[Crawford MJ et al.,2007]。
また関節内に圧力を加え滑液がより均一分散され、股関節の潤滑性と低摩擦性が向上すると考えられています[Ferguson SJ et al.,2003]。
